Career
Justin was born and raised in Colorado Springs, where he began his real estate career and spent his first years of the business serving Front Range buyers, sellers, and investors. He followed his passion for the mountains to Summit County, where he now focuses his practice on Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Keystone, and the surrounding luxury corridor, while continuing to serve clients in Colorado Springs and El Paso County through established partnerships. He has more than 10 years of experience in Colorado luxury real estate and is a member of the LIV Sotheby's International Realty network, with global reach across Sotheby's International Realty's 1,100+ offices in 80+ countries.

In 2026, Justin was named an honoree of the National Association of Realtors' 30 Under 30 program, one of the industry's most selective recognitions, awarded annually to the country's most accomplished young real estate professionals. He went on to win the program's Web Choice Award, earning 10,822 of the 37,577 public votes cast, nearly one-third of the total and the most of any finalist. He is the first 30 Under 30 honoree in LIV Sotheby's International Realty history and the only Colorado-based honoree in the 2026 class. Notable transactions include a $9.48M buyer-side close in Breckenridge's Weisshorn neighborhood and an area price record in Alma. He holds Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designations.
