Buy-side work is its own craft, and I have done it at the top of the market. I represented the buyer on a 9.48 million dollar acquisition on Weisshorn. Across both sides of the table I have closed more than 150 million dollars in volume, with recognition that reflects it: a 2026 National Association of Realtors 30 Under 30 honoree, the first in LIV Sotheby's International Realty history and the only Colorado-based honoree in the class.
