Films You Can Feel.
A property's story, told the way buyers actually watch.
Most listing videos are real estate clichés set to stock music: drone sweep, kitchen pan, sunset, done. Every property below was filmed with the intent a director brings to a short film, with pacing, light, sequence, and a reason for every frame.
Each listing is produced in two formats: a long-form film for the property website, MLS, PR distribution, and broker outreach, and a vertical cut engineered for social feeds and paid ads, where most modern buyers first encounter a home.
The bigger differentiator is what's in the films. Most agents focus solely on the house. I combine that with the life that comes with it: the trail that begins where the driveway ends, the morning light through the aspens, the town a buyer would actually live in. A buyer at this price point isn't purchasing square footage. They're purchasing a way of being in Colorado, and the work below is built around that idea.

A craftsman residence set among ponderosa pines, finished to a standard most custom builds don't reach at completion. Watch on the property siteHow every listing is filmed
One property, produced for the way buyers actually watch
01
Filmed like a short film
Pacing, light, and sequence planned before the first frame, with a reason for every shot. The goal is a film that makes a buyer feel the property, not a walkthrough that inventories it.
02
The life, not just the house
The trail beyond the driveway, the morning light through the aspens, the town a buyer would live in. At this price point the buyer is choosing a way of living in Colorado, and the film has to show it.
03
Two formats, every time
A long-form film for the property website, MLS, PR, and broker outreach, plus a vertical cut engineered for social feeds and paid ads, where most modern buyers first encounter a home.
04
Distributed where buyers are
Through LIV Sotheby's International Realty and the Sotheby's International Realty global network, the film reaches the out-of-state and international buyers who make up most demand at the top of this market.
Six films, six properties, six different stories. The thread connecting them is the approach I'd bring to yours.
Thinking about selling?
Every listing I take is produced this way. If you're weighing a sale in Breckenridge, Summit County, or the Colorado high country, let's talk through your home and how it should be shown.
